We have recently had leaks in this big window and they came and caulked the inside of the window after removing some trim to stop the leaks. They will return in the spring to put a bead of silicone on the exterior as well. My question is— is it normal to have the brick wet like this under the window? None of our other windows are wet like this. I don’t think I would have worried about this but we had leaks so I’m wondering. It’s a new built. 2 years old. It rained a couple days ago, but we do have lots of snow still. Thanks!
