Main floor is oak stained wood: floor, crown molding, trim, floor board, 6 panel doors, wood beam, built in book cases. 1/2 bath on man level- previous owner painted floor trim and vanity white (and not very well. Basement is a pine? In a different stain. How do I make the woods cohesive. I wish to one day paint or stain the kitchen cupboards. Can I have painted and stained wood? Or ? Thanks
