Bathroom design

We are designing our ensuite bathroom in our new build and I would love some feedback on the possible selection. We are going for dark floor, "shitake" cabinets with concrete quartz. The shower and wall will be the white tile to the ceiling and the wood tile proposed for the tub surround. This tub surround is what I'm unsure of. Thoughts?

Keep it simple. Don't use too many different tiles. A wood-look accent tile is going date very quickly.

Are the pictures from the model home for the new build?

No to the wood accent tile. Keep it simple and use the same tile as the shower.

Pressed the wrong button! Meant to vote on white tile tub surround. You've got a classic palette that would be more cohesive without the woodlook tile.

Thank you so much for your input! You've all validated my feelings. The designer was very enthusiastic about the wood tile and with her being the expert...
