Can these tiles be glued?

No these panels have to be laid in grid. They are very thin and have upturned edges for stability to not sag so they not glue flat. There are other thicker PVC panels we carry that are intended for glue up though. They are closer to $7-8 per tile vs this one we list for $5.25 but they are stronger and intended for glue up and the same pattern here if that is what you are looking to do and dont want grid
