If you are not married to the toilet-in-its-own-room concept, removing that wall would probably give you space for two vanities. You have to relocate the toilet just a bit to turn it toward the closet. Doing a pocket door to the bathroom would eliminate the door swing problem there.

Many of us have gotten rid of the only tub in the house because we needed walk-in showers and only have one bathroom. We take a chance that either someone will buy our houses someday despite this, or we plan to die with this house and leave that issue to whoever inherits! You call this your master bathroom, though, implying that there are other bathrooms in the home. THAT may be more of an issue. In a multiple bathroom home a tub may be more expected than in our small homes. If you plan to stay in the home for 10 - 15 years, though, it may not really matter. Predicting what people will want in the future is impossible.

Well you have to rob square footage from somewhere. I would get rid of the tub. But I am not planning on moving again.

We cannot tell what the room is just below the bathroom. Could a small amount of square footage be taken from that room? If so move the shower into the new space and the vanity along the left wall where the shower was.

Could you relocate the washer and dryer somewhere else in the home? If so you could move the shower over into that space and add a vanity to left wall where shower was.
