Greetings! Updating laundry room. Would like advice on what type of lighting to replace the fluorescent lights with. Flush mount or two pendants? Not really looking to get into drywall work so would prefer to keep two lights unless it's really advised against. Also removing unused ironing board (have one upstairs) and having custom built in put in. Is that a good idea since the 4 years I have lived here I have never used it but definitely need a place for kids backpacks and shoes. Also considering carrying the engineered wood floor throughout the room but possibly not under washer and dryer?? Thank you!
