I would spray a thin layer of lysol with bleach, let it sit for 5 minutes, wipe dry with paper towel, rinse area with water and wipe dry.

I had a speckled white/black/gray granite in my last house that would get wine stains if they were left over night. The lysol with bleach always got the stains out.

I realize your post was basically 7 months ago so you have probably already sealed your counter top but in the off chance you have not, read these threads that talk about different products to get our organic stains (I think acetone is what is recommended in that case) and also, Dawn has something in it akin to grease in it that is a post-cleaning moisturizer that can cause cloudy-type stains in porous quartzite.

And here is dmpsd 's tip from June 2018 that worked for her/him to get out grease stains:

I mixed the acetone and baking soda in a little dixie cup with a popsicle stick until it was about the consistency of toothpaste. Then I used the popsicle stick to put it on the spot and covered the poultice with saran wrap. I let it sit about 24 hours until it was completely dry and flaky around the edges. Then I wiped the poultice away."
