Could the railings be used independently?

For example, 3 railings spaced 2 feet apart to create a sort of barrier instead of a fence? Also, does the railing come in a 30" high size? thank you.

Hello, thank you for your interest in out railing. You certainly can use them in that fashion. Yes, we can make them 30" in height. Will you be fastening to wood or concrete? How many sections did you need?

We would install in concrete. I am trying to satisfy our Home Owners Association which does not allow fences. Thank you.

I would like to purchase 1 section. The standard 5' length with a height of either 30" or 36" whichever height is standard (would prefer 30" ht) I want to purchase 1 section to show to my homeowner's association for their approval/disapproval. If they disapprove, may I return it for a refund? thank you.

    Hello,

We can make them 30" in height but that will be custom. The 36" height is standard for no additional charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for that purpose.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Regarding purchasing one railing to see if it will pass HOA approval and if not, returning it, I forgot to add that the reason I am looking into this railing is because we recently moved into a waterfront condo that has a small patio with a steep incline down to the water. My husband is a disabled Viet Nam veteran in a wheelchair and is physically and mentally disabled. I don't want to worry about him accidentally falling out of his chair or unlocking the brakes on his chair and tumbling down the incline into the water (when we purchased the condo there was 2 feet of snow on the ground and could not see this difference in the ground) Might you reconsider this request to help me out? Thank you.
