You can order from Walmart or Home Depot online and shipped free to nearest Walmart/Home Depot, 4 Cu/Ft bag for $38 (about 12 Lbs). They list the size as 36" 16" x8", I've seen the large bag in store, it's big (for reference bagged mulch is usually 2.0 Cu/Ft).

Or A.M Leonard, same 4Cu/Ft for $24-29 (depending on what grade), not sure of shipping cost (you might catch them when they offer free shipping).

I get the 2 cu ft Vigro perlite bags at Home Depo. I think they are around $16. They last me awhile. Most HD's have them in stock at the stores although u m8ght wanna double check online or by calling them.

I went ahead and got two 8 qt bags for now, just to get these figs into their new homes, but I'm going to order a big bag soon. I'll ask Lowe's about it. It's only a mile from here, and HD is on the other side of town.
