Have a cedar house that needs painting and some repair. Need to decide on colors. Leaning towards keeping the white trim and going to a slightly darker color. Maybe a grey-green or grey-blue. The roof is brighter green than the picture makes it look.

Advice needed:

1. What style house is this?

Florida 1987 cedar siding

2. Main exterior color knowing Ill have white trim and green roof.

3. Do I keep the shutters? If so what color? not sure if they are supposed to be there with the vertical pillars on the siding?

4. Door color.

5. Window and frame colors, currently only have white sill. the window and frames are black. was thinking of painting them white.

6. What color do you paint the vertical pillars? I was thinking the same color as the main exterior, but I'm wondering what white would look like??

7. Garage door. Its on the left side of the house currently white, planning on repainting white.

I would prefer the Sherwin Williams paint colors.

Also will take advice on landscaping.
