My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The inside width is 8'5" by 2' deep.

    I like this concept, my closet is 6' by 2'- 10" will this work for me, since I'm giving up 2.5'?

    6" might be a little tight, but if you don't have long items then you could eliminate the long storage (we did one like that in the Mountain Laurel house). On the plus side 2'10" depth makes it a lot easier to store items on the top shelves.

    It's a 6' opening with regular bi-fold doors.
