Foyer light too big??

I ordered a foyer light online and used our old one as a benchmark. The old one was 24 inches around and 24 inches for height so I didn’t want our new one smaller but does this look way too overwhelming for the space? It is 24 inches around and 36.5 inches for height. ‍

    I think it's hard to tell because it appears that the second picture with the larger fixture was also taken closer up so it's not an easy comparison to make.

    Can you take another picture from the same vantage point?
