Replace each of the wall sconces with a regular receptacle. Then plug one of the new fixtures into each of the wall receptacles!

Thank you, my point however was hiding the cables in the wall and have it hardwired... I don't like dangling cables look

What you could do is to attach the existing sconce mounting bracket to a standard mounting back plate and drill a hole on it so you can feed the existing wire into the back plate to your electrical box; note that you should add a ground wire since plug-in lamps don't come with it.

Perhaps a local electrician can make the conversion for you.
