Your counters take on more of a creamy beige tone, especially from a distance. I don't see a grey with them or with the nice floors. If you want to stay neutral, I'd lean more toward deep creams or light beiges. Here's a grey that leans more to "greige", which could also work.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on paint color ? Just trying to get a few options.

Colors do not show true on a computer monitor so some here may be seeing different tones and hues then in reality. I would get a few sample size jars of paint and paint some large size pieces of foam board. Set them around the counters and cabinets in different lighting and observe at different times of the day. Lowes carries Sherwin Williams paints in sample sizes for about $3.50.

I tend to like a bit of color. I believe the color in this pic is SW Rainwashed - which is a gray with a green undertone. SW Sea Salt is similar and looks gray on the paint chip, but has a green undertone that I think is calming and less drab then a totally gray / white kitchen. Both colors can appear different in different kitchens - so the need for the painted foam board test. The cabinetry, counters and flooring are similar to yours:

jhmarie ,thank you ! I really like both of these colors !! I purchased two samples today, Gray Screen SW 7071 and Olympus White SW 6253. I think these may be too blah. I may try one of your suggestions also.

Your floors and countertops are VERY similar to mine. I have silestone lusso cohntertops. My cabinets are not white though—off white and maple. We painted our kitchen BM York Grey. It’s a light creamy greige.

We have a similar kitchen and went with SW Aggreeable Grey. It looks great!

I think SW Repose Gray might look really good

I’ve used gray screen and it’s a pretty color. In our space it looked like a crisp blueish gray, just a step from white. I also think you might want to lean a little warmer in your space or date to take on a little more color to make your white cabs pop.

If you expect to have a back splash I'd add that before choosing a paint color. Unless you know you are getting white.
