My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at Apt2B about the amazing Harper Queen Size Sleeper! This is one of the amazing pieces that we actually build to order by hand, right here in our Downtown LA factory! These pieces are gorgeous in person! - Nice pick!

    The NAVY fabric is not velvet, or microfiber! This is a basket woven fabric. Basket Woven fabrics are interlaced in a tight basket weave that has a clean, crisp look with some body as well. This fabric's high-performance qualities offer exceptional durability. 100% polyester. Double Rub Count: 100,000.

    We hope this helps to shed a little light on the NAVY fabric! If you are looking for a velvet or a microfiber, go ahead and select BLUEBERRY or COBALT VELVET as your fabric option!
