I am going to have a white wall of glass and want to do a border in an 8" wide around my shower but i was not sure if it was better to have the shower floor in the same or different sizes - my options is:

a) do both in a 1x1"

or

b) do both in 1/2 x 1" size

or

c) do the 1/2 x 1" on border and do 1" squares on the shower floor

I have a big space - the floor of the shower is 50 SF so i am a bit concerned with the 1x1s being a bit too small.
