I have a big bag of phlox seed. I would like to plant phlox outside the fence by a nearby highway. I guess the area is 200 feet by 20 feet. There is bahia grass growing there now. Is there a way to plant this stuff without spending three days crawling on my hands and knees?

Incidentally, Houzz needs to bag this awful forum software and get something normal.
