A Basement Nightmare!

I have a 2 bed 2 bath house with 1100 square feet. I've remodeled the entire house, but had to stop with the full, half-finished basement due to a lack of a clear vision on how to proceed. The basement has flooded several times, but those issues have been resolved with the money intended to add a downstairs bath, bedrooms, and finish the laundry room. I can't find my pics of the basement, but will share a few older pictures that I have of the house under renovation that I have here at work.

Any updates to share on the progress of your basement renovation? Would love to help come up with a vision on how to proceed.

I definitely need a vision. I've done most of the demo, but had to start with reworking some of the plumbing outside the house. Due to the floodplain elevation, I may need to abandon the gravity drain and put in a grinder pump. I could then direct it to the upstairs drain pipes which connect to a different portion of the city sewer system.

I'll try to get some pics of the interior demo and plumbing layout, but a floorplan needs to be created to convey a sense of the interior layout limitations... HVAC, plumbing, load-bearing walls. I will be taking measurements this weekend and try to get it into AutoCAD soon afterwards.

You sound like you'll be taking on most of the work yourself, is that correct?
