Question for bakers...Blue Star 48” Platinum Series Gas Range

I am interested in the Blue Star 48” Platinum Series gas range. My question is ... will the power oven feature make baking cakes, pies and cookies more difficult due to the power oven acting sort of like a convection oven whenever the oven burner is on? Wondering if the Blue Star RNB Series would be a better fit for baking.

The fan never shuts off completely so you have the fan on whenever the burner comes on. Yes it is fan assistEd convection. I think cookies may do better than cakes or pies. Also there is no bottom heat so that would not work for me. There are reviews here you can find with the appliance search.

I bake with gas now, been using a Wolf gas range for the past 16 years.
