My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I don't think it is overwhelming at all. The original gable is undersized and this addition gives presence to the house with an improved aspect and a good new roof. I think it's a great job.i like the new trim for the windows. Much better without the shutters. You put a nice wood trim under the eaves. I think it's a huge improvement and you did a great job.
