I am so sorry for your loss ... I understand completely how devastated you must be. Only your vet will be able to help you understand what happened unfortunately.

i agree with pam about talking to your vet. i'm so very, very sorry for your loss. i know how devastating it is.

So sad at such a young age! This is certainly not normal! Could he have gotten into anything that poisoned him? Does he go outside and could have eaten something bad? Almost sounds like a seizure though. I hope the vet gives you some answers, but sadly, it would probably only be a guess unless he takes the body and runs tests on him.

There are other posts on this forum about cats dying suddenly so it happens. What a young age though! I am sorry this happened. I would be shocked if it happened to one of mine.
