If the weather is nice enough where you live, put them outside in a semi shady spot and they should start regrowing leaves. I live in the Cambridge, MA and every mid to late spring when I bring my herd of plants outside, some of them lose their leaves all together due to the strong sunshine and heat. Very shortly though, they start putting out their "summer" leaves and they're much thicker and stronger than the weaker indoor leaves of winter. Give it a shot, they seem to be a lot tougher than we give them credit for. Believe me...I've killed so many of 'em and learned from my mistakes. HA HA HA HA :-)))

i stop watering mine sep 1 and by thanksgiving they still have strong leaves, with just 1 or 2 yellowing. so that's almost 2 months without water. eventually i stuff them in a brown bag and they do wilt in darkness.

so being just a few weeks without water is nothing. once i had a freak storm drench them oct 1 - they were flooded with bottom of the pot in water. i thought they would rot for sure. but no, they sprouted several new leaves each :0...

so! water them very well, put them outside and they'll be just fine!
