My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is a precast coping that was casted by a local vendor... the nose is an architectural finish with a square end and an eased top and bottom edge. It's a clean look and we can get them casted in any of the Davis Concrete colors or Scofield stucco colors.... Thanks for asking the question.
