I couldn't find that on the hosta library, but I found it on Hugo's site. If I understand it correctly, those comments are usually quotes from nurserymen, or at least the site implied that before the update. Here's the link myhosta.be.

Thanks for your response bk. Have you ever seen pips that are so bunched up? The term Fasciated scape doesn't seem to be an "official" term, just someone trying to explain a Hosta doing something unusual.
