Hi all,

I have a basement apartment that I rent out and any smells just sit in the space and don't leave.
For example, my tenant brought in ready cooked food, and ate it in the apartment, and now two days later, the smell is still lingering! He did the even cook!

How can I ventilate my basement? Can I have something professionally installed to help keep the air circulating?
