i didn’t know the same motor was used in the Nexxt and Vision.

I recently bought the Vision and was hoping to upgrade from the Nexxt with the slightly larger capacity and some specific cycles not available on my Nexxt 500 plus.

Jeffrey, I checked the link and found the following which says the carbon brushes are replaceable

The comments mostly refer to the Nexxt series washers and not the Vision, so I still don’t know for sure if they can be replaced or if it’s the same motor as you indicated.

That pic shows the smaller Axis Washer, not the Full size Nexxt/Vision series but I do see people say they are replaceable on the full size models as well.

But for over $50 for brushes I still would try a used motor first.

Put the Bosch part number into a Google search. I found the brushes for <$15 after including shipping on Amazon.

Hi everyone and thanks for your help and input so far.

While I was doing research, I found couple sites that said there is a 10-year warranty on the motor; however, when I contacted Bosch, they said it's only 1-year.

well i took the motor (AP2822714) out & it is a sealed unit where you cannot replace the brushes, as Jeffrey noted so I don't know what models some comments on the https://www.appliancepartspros.com/bosch-carbon-brush-drum-154740-ap2822714.html were referring to when they said Nexxt (& Vision supposedly used the same motor) unless the motor was changed in mid-cycle production.
