Doesn't look like anything serious unless you see signs of settlement, like doors/windows don't close, cracks in the wall, etc.

If you really concerned, have someone to come by and evaluate.

Spauling and surface cracks are normal signs of cement as it ages . It is however important to seal and repair these issues to prevent water entering and further deteriorating the interior cement , especially during cold spells were freezing can expand these cracks further . I would visit your local hardware for sealing products to prevent any further damage .
