Abracadabra !! Dg revives another half dead plant. What percentage of your beautiful plants are rescued, give aways or half dead revivals?

I actually made a spreadsheet of all my plants and how I got them, and I think only about 10 of them were bought. I just love rescuing plants and seeds, and trading with other gardeners. I've bought a few more lately from Lowe's clearance racks, because they have had some really nice ones at very low prices, but most of them are gifts or rescues.

The one I love the most this year is the Louis Philippe rose, and that actually was a resurrection from a dead stick. I pulled some dried up cuttings off the trash pile, stuck 11 of them, and got one to root. It's blooming now, and growing like mad.

Also, I found some half-dead hibiscus schizopetalus cuttings and got one to root. I'm afraid to transplant it because I'm scared it will die. It's in a 1-gallon pot alongside a red hibiscus cutting, so I'm just going to leave it until it's big and healthy.

My progation fever is getting out of hand now, and I'm going to have to give some away to make room for more! LOL
