Does anyone have any experience with Nepeta Summer Magic? I planted 4 of them in early April, so it's been about two months, and they've grown a little, but they are still very limp/hugging the ground. I thought this was supposed to be an upright variety? Also, none of them seem like they are even close to flowering while the Little Trudy I planted last fall is already in bloom. Does nepeta generally not do anything its first year and I just need to be patient or is this variety a dud?

In the pic, they are the three diagonal below the boxwood and the fourth is to the left of the bottom allium (can't really see it too well).

I'm in Philadelphia and that area gets about 6 hours of full sun, dappled the rest of the day.
