My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is so unusual, any info?

At first I thought this was a Murphy bed, but I don't think so. What's the story with this unusual setup, might we ask? Thanks, it's cute and intriguing!

This is a guest room above the garage. the space was limited and we wanted to have both a sitting area and a sleeping area. The headboard provides holds the TV on the sitting side of the room. You can sit and watch TV without seeing the bed.
