No flowers second year Peach tree

Last year I read it was the late frost. Could be the same this year but concerned. I had a few peaches in 2017 but didn't let them mature so the tree could gain strength (It was just planted a year or two before). Expecting peaches this year and not one flower. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Where you located. And peach tree name. Peachtree variety have different chill hours.

If you live in the north, no peach flowers here either. I have 3 peach varieties in SE WI and none have flowers after our cold winter temps. I hear similar reports in Illinois and even Michigan has damage to many of its commercial peach crops. One of my peaches is so bady winter injured it will taste the chain saw soon. The other 2 are damaged but should recover with time.

I'm in NW Indiana. It's a Red Haven. Bought for my area. I read the same thing about the winter temps last year. Guess I'll chalk it up to that and hope for next year. Thanks!
