My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I couldn't help myself and I grabbed a few body bag roses from tractor supply (I promised myself no more BBRs since they're not good quality usually). I bought Tiffany, Olympiad and Belinda's dream. One started the bud right away, but I may have mixed up the labels, I thought it was Tiffany but it looks like Olympiad. The flower has an amazing scent, very sweet, airy and citrus-y. But I heard Olympiad had barely any scent. Now I am concerned it's neither.
Most definitely NOT the scentless Olympiad, that much I’m sure of. Oklahoma or Papa Meilland perhaps, but it’s the glossy foliage that looks more modern than those old roses. My Papa Meilland below, it’s a dark black red and highly fragrant.
