My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

First Adenium flower!

I planted the seeds just over 2 years ago (3/22/17) and this is the first seedling to flower...



The seed came form Orient Adenium and was labeled Sunset Dream. I think it's a keeper :-)
