A question about the cobalt blue color

I have purchased two of the GDF Joyce crown top dining chairs. Their description lists the color as navy blue. Since this is also a GDF item, is the cobalt blue of the stool the same as the navy blue of the chairs? They look the same on my screen, but just checking. Thanks.
