install railing on the sloped side

Please help. I have a new 4x12x4 roof top deck. Both 4’ sides are on sloped base. The builder says no nail on the sloped base. We are trying to figure out how to attach the horizontal bars or cable on the slopes sides?

So here is a picture of the deck. You can see the sloped sides, although the far end is not entirely visible. It has sweeping view of Lake Washington so I want to be able to maximize the view.

You will have to do something custom here. I would use some square tubing and bolt into the corner and then weld a sloped bottom rail that attaches to the corner tube and newel post. Drill holes through sloped bottom rail for stainless cables. Powder coat black after fabrication.
