Looks like the burst leaves are already calloused. As long as you don't see signs of rot I wouldn't worry about them.

Could you repot in a faster draining mix? Also pot it up higher. I’m not a fan of the rocks, but I guess that’s personal preference. But if you remove them, there might be better air flow around the plant. Good luck.

That pot looks quite deep. NP if you use fast and well draining mix. Lots of soil means lots of moisture if soil is water retaining. Add lots of sifted perlite (or pumice) - best is to mix them 1:1. You could use even more perlite. Mix should look like this (photo from Crenda):

Rina, looks like the whitish stuff is flaking off. It doesn't look like mineral spots, or unwanted pests to me. I think it is natural and flakes off if disturbed.

The bloom on this flakes off easily.
