The dormer window does not match the other windows. You might consider replacing it with one that does, and has grills.

Either dormer window is too small or the shutters are two large. Sort of out of balance with the rest of the house.

The shutters should match the size of the windows: the same height and wide enough that if they were closed they would completely cover the windows to protect them in a storm. The current dormer shutters are ridiculously large and the other shutters are waaay too skinny!

All the shutters on this house need to go. I would rethink the cream and white color scheme. I think a darker color on siding and dormer would look better. Also paint your downspout to match the brick.

Is the dormer a window for interior living space ? If so , you could install a larger window with a Juliette balcony. In any case, I would try to make the window match your other windows. Some other suggestions : make the siding darker to blend in with the roof, add and paint some trim to visually expand the size of the window and match it to a new color on the garage door - something a bit darker than white/ beige.

The obvious thing to do when you reroof. There also is a huge disconnect between your driveway and your house brick. I'd look into staining the driveway to better match the house.

I agree it does not appear to be living space where the dormer is so remove it. The shutters do not work on this style of house IMO
