Mow the grass and move the wagon. I would get double window boxes for the windows by the doors and fill them with wave petunias. Is there a walkway? If so, I would add a couple of large planters at the end of the walkway with more wave petunias. They are inexpensive, grow easily in beachy areas and provide lovely color. Over time I would add some perennial bushes at the edge of he house, hydrangeas grow well in Sandy soil as do sea roses.

I would paint it white or a gray with white trim. I would do a beach blue front door. Flower boxes under the windows that flank the door. A deck with railing outside the patios doors would be cute.
