I have the same reaction to my phone pics versus my old point and shoot camera.

I love my phone camera! I’ve waited my whole life for instant passable photos and I am happy with my little iPhone 6s. Three cheers for the twenty-first century! I read science fiction exclusively in my youth and now it’s all come true. (Except for the bug-eyed monsters, but politics stands in for that quite readily.)

From what I have heard the new iphones have really great camera. I have a cheap Canon powershot 170 IS and it takes really great day pictures but lousy night time ones thinking they were not much over $130 but now discontinued. I heard somewhere that you just get out of the store and they have newer better ones.. go figure

Viewing on my iPhone 6 and after poking it the photo cleared up. Beautifully clear - and your hostas have grown up to be stars!!! They are huuuge! I’m with Beverly, waiting for more.... :-)

Hostas are looking good. A suggestion, get a newer (read, better phone. ) instead of a new camera. The cameras on the new phones are better than petty much all the point and shoot ones.
