ikea algot as toy storage: question

Hi, I'd like to use Ikea's Algot to store toys in my kids' playroom. I see that all the bins have a stop to prevent them from being pulled out, but since these are going to store toys, I WANT them to be able to be pulled out, used, and returned. Is it easy to remove them despite the stop? What about putting them back in?
