Love, love this picture! However, for the MT and MI folks, I just don't think they would be an option--you could not get enough of a seal from our experience. We are located in Idaho and produce both track and doors (which we ship all over the US and Canada) like these and would never recommend them to someone for an exterior door in geo areas that get weather. Perhaps on a pantry or as a room divider to get the look without the draft.....
