Less than $8 per sq ft.

I got Mirage Select & Better in natural red oak and it's quiet blonde. Much fewer knots and less busy than the lower grade of red oak.

My floors were $8 per square foot for the wood. They also have white oak but I don't know what pricing is because I decided against the white oak because I wanted more of a contrast with all of the white oak cabinetry in my place.

These aren't great photos because lighting is a bit off but in person my floors are very "Blonde"

I really like our engineered white tiger wood. Nice light color similar to natural cherry but much more durable due to it's hardness and very few knots. The biggest cost for us was not the wood itself but transporting it to MN.
