My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    If you tell me what city you are in I can let you know if there is a quality concrete fabricator in your area. Our shop is in the Seattle area but we have friends and contacts all over the country.

    Not all concrete is equal. You want to find a quality shop.

    I'm looking into an LA contact for you. There are a ton of quality fabricators in the Bay Area. Probably due to Buddy Rhodes and Fu Tung Cheng both teaching there for years and years. For some reason there are only a handful on our forum database in Southern California.
