Here it is with a similar warm stain. It changes considerably with different light, so sample it on large white poster boards with lots of white around a center paint sample to be sure you like it.

Sea Salt is a great color because it works with warmer and cooler colors. I think you'll be okay using it.

I love that color it works with almost everything but a good sample board done first will help you in your space.

Thanks everyone. Does anyone have a good source for looking at different types of window treatments? My searches haven't been very fruitful. That darn bay window is not the easiest thing to dress. I don't need light control or privacy and there are pleated shades under the valance. There's not really any space at the top of the window casing to mount anything, one reason I decided on cabinet knobs in the first place!

We have sea salt now with wood cabinets and lots of sunlight. We love it. I cannot tell about the amount of sun from your picture but I see a lot of trees. A color that we used for a house that was nestled amongst trees was December Starlight. Like Sea Salt, it changes colors depending upon the light. Sometimes, it was soft yellow and sometimes soft green. It was pale but not too pale for us.
As far as the bay windows, I got shutters with wide slats for ours. It is unfussy and they are easy to keep clean. The wider slats let in lots of light
