Layout for living room - Help needed!

Hi everyone

Completely stuck on how to arrange my living room. I've attached a photo of the layout but my problem is where to put the TV and arrange sofas so your help would be appreciated. The dining room table will go in the bottom left I think so my options are:

1) TV in front of balcony, 2 seater on top wall, 2 seater on right wall opposite the TV. Best layout I think but TV might look a bit funny and messy wires maybe?

2) TV on top wall, 2 seater on right wall, 2 seater opposite the TV. Problem is sitting on sofa opposite the TV and your back will be against the entrance to the room, plus this will make the room look smaller I think.

3) TV on right wall, 2 seater on top wall, 2 seater in front of balcony opposite the TV. Problems are light on TV (But I would buy curtains) and sofa blocking balcony (although I would leave a 2 foot gap between the balcony and sofa).

Any help or advise will help me out alot!

In looking at your floor plan I would invest in a small scale sectional and place in the far right corner (where you x is). This will help with the flow of the room and keep things open. I would place an end table on the end of sectional closest to the front door with lamp. And don't forget a coffee table. I assume that is a window in the top left corner. I would place the TV on a corner unit cabinet under window. That way you can hide all the wires that come with it. With this arrangement you can watch TV (without having to close blinds/drapes and look out at the view. Not sure what your style is but I have attached some ideas.

Two sofas are too much for this space, and so is a full dining set. Try a bench and table with two chairs for dining in that corner. Mount TV on a swing arm bracket on the wall and use one two seater and two small swivel chairs for seating. The swivel chairs can be added as "master" chairs for the dining table when guests come. Add a cushion to them if they are too low for comfortable table sitting.

Here is another option of hanging the TV against the entry door with sofa on the opposite wall.
