A large weed, Common Mullein, Verbascum thapsus.

More common on the other side of the Cascade Mountains. This is a volunteer and I'm not going to let it go to seed. This biennial is about to get pulled. I let it grow to show some friends that aren't acquainted with it. Teasel, Dipsacus sylvestris, is another one I let grow for awhile for the same purpose. Both interesting plants.
