Last year I helped my Dad remodel his vacation house. When we were trying to decide on what pots and pans, etc to buy for his small kitchen, someone on here recommended a blog post by someone (I think he is a chef) who was moving but was not going to be getting his shipped belongings for a while, so he created a "kitchen in a box." Meaning, he was able to put all the essential pots, pans and gadgets in one small packing box.

I'm trying to find that post again and can't. Does anyone remember that and can post a link?
