Lovely clump of fireball, my own does the same thing so I usually relocate them in another spot where they can get some good sun, but not too much to stress them out.

I guess I put it into a space with too much strong afternoon sun, so I put it back into its original place, but so far, it hasn't turned back red. I did clip off a few small pups and put them into a sunny spot to see what happens, but none of them is turning red yet.

It's good to hear that this happens to other's plants, so I don't feel like I ruined it completely. I was just wanting it to get more color, but I guess the transition from a few hours of full sun during the middle of the day and strong afternoon sun was too much.
