Foundation issues like that are far more than water getting in. You have an immediate need for a structural engineer to stabilize that. Once that happens, all of the water management issues need to be resolved from the exterior. That may include regrading the exterior and managing the gutter discharge as well as an external foundation coating and French drains.

Yes, in the photo is the north wall and right, none of the basement walls are exposed to the house's exterior. The crawlspace is accessible via an adjoining wall which isn't badly damaged. Also correct, that the property has several mature trees. I'm not sure if this affects the wall, but there is an old well pump in the basement (old homes can be quirky yet solid).
