These don’t move when disturbed. Each one has a tiny filament that holds it to the leaf.

Can you pluck a leaf and stick it in a baggie or jar, keeping it moist until something comes out?

I had the same thoughts as Logician -- eggs are usually found under leaves, and I see what looks like a gnat and perhaps leafhoppers. Are you sure these aren't seeds that were dropped by a bird and stuck to the leaves?

An actual filament attachment could be pupa related, but it is still an odd place to pupate.

If pupa, it wouldn't take long for something to hatch out.

The tan-colored oval shape suggests parasitized aphid. If so, that's a good thing.

I don't know, but are you sure it's not grasshopper poop? If you crush one, does it crumble like insect poop or is there something inside?

I’m thinking maybe parisitized aphid like Jean said. I’ll have to get a magnifying glass to see if it has any holes that a parisitoid wasp might have crawled out of. I took one inside and put it in a jar covered with cloth and it didn’t hatch anything in a week. I tried to crush it and something popped out of it and hit me in the face—I lost that piece of it. Leaving a small piece of husk behind. Here is a picture of it before I did that showing the filament attaching it to this bean pod. Thanks everyone for opening my mind to what it could be.

It doesn't look like lacewing eggs, but lacewing eggs do hang on filaments (like that but longer).
